Purchasing virtual items may grant additional benefits on the website, such as access to exclusive skins or disabling ads.
If we terminate a user account because of a violation of these terms, the user's rights to any additional benefit obtained through an In-App-Purchase are permanently removed, without refund. If we terminate a user account or discontinue the website for any other reason not caused by the user, we will refund the value of any purchased benefit that has not yet been consumed at the date of termination. Benefits that are consumed on use, such as coins spent in the game, are considered consumed and are not refundable.
IAPs benefits are linked to the original account for which the purchase was made and are not transferable to another account. Purchased benefits are made available to your account immediately after the purchase. By completing a purchase, you request and consent to that immediate delivery, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal once delivery is complete. Purchases are final and are not refundable once the benefits have been delivered to your account, without prejudice to any refund right you may have under the applicable consumer law of your country. Access to the benefits is tied to the linked Google or Facebook account: losing access to your Google or Facebook account will prevent you from using the benefits.
